An exciting opportunity is available with a leading media agency, for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their collaborative HR team. An agile business which puts huge importance on working as a partnership and sharing knowledge across teams, as Compensation & Benefits Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day to day management of compensation, benefits and payroll in the agency, and will work closely with the team on wider HR initiatives.
Reporting into the Senior HR Manager and the CFO, the Compensation & Benefits Manager will refine and deliver the reward and benefits offering - from making recommendations on salary review and benchmarking, gender pay gap reporting and managing renewals and the bonus awards, through to providing support, advice and analysis on senior reward, policies and processes. You’ll manage the benefits programmes and ensure the continuous development of the benefits and wellbeing packages that attract, retain and motivate key talent. You’ll also work closely with the finance team to oversee the monthly payroll, managing the relationship with external providers, and line managing a Payroll Assistant, and will also be accountable for all agency reporting and MI to drive decision making.
This would suit an established Advisor level candidate, looking to progress in their role and take on line management responsibility, with the ideal candidate having demonstrable experience across all areas of compensation, benefits and payroll. You will be a skilled business partner capable of building strong working relationships across a variety of stakeholders, bring an agile approach and be solutions orientated, with the gravitas to challenge and push back where needed.
