The role is a Compensation Manager role, which will partner the business in shaping the Reward Strategy for an organisation that is growing and chnaging rapidly. This is an opportunity to really influence the direction Reward is taking, and it is a great chance to gain fantastic exposure to the wider business within a large UK organisation. This role also enables this individual to devlop their leadership and management skills The ideal individual will have;
* Previous experience implementing pay structures and advising on Reward issues.
* The ability to, and experience in managing a team of Analysts.
* The ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
