A large player in the banking field is currently looking for a strong Compensation Analyst to join their reward team. Being a hybrid, this role will see you take on a number of different duties in order to support the management and delivery of the compensation projects and HRMI Team as a whole.
You need to have reward and MI experience in order to be successful. You must also be incredibly strong when it comes to excel activities as you will be tested at interview stage. Coming from a Financial Services background is desirable.
