My client is an industry-leading organisation looking for an experienced Compensation Solutions Senior Analyst to join their team in London. Responsibilities will include the planning, design, set-up, implementation, and communication of benefits, compensation and executive compensation systems and related operations. This is to ensure value-added support for all areas of Reward globally.

The ideal candidate will:

-extensive HR systems experience, preferably Workday;

-undergraduate degree in a related field;

-Human Resources related work experience with focus in HR technology, compensation, executive compensation or benefits;

-Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Visio and PowerPoint skills;

-strong interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
