Working for a Global Healthcare organisation you will be part of a well-established and experienced Compensation and Benefits team, reporting to the Comp and Bens Manager and working with senior level stake holders across the business.
Main responsibilities of the role will include, maintaining the job family and salary range framework, oversee competitive benchmarking and the analysis submission process. Plan, oversee and coordinate the annual performance, objective setting and compensation cycles. Provide guidance to HR Business Partner's on competitive compensation benchmarking, providing recommendations for salary adjustments, new hire offers, etc. Support benefit plans renewal process, oversee administration and invoicing.
To apply for this position, you will of worked for a Global Organisation as a Compensation specialist with a related degree (HR, Finance, Business Management). Have advanced IT Skills, highly numerate, excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
