Are you a senior compensation, benefit and reward professional? Do you have experience working internationally?

We have a very exciting opportunity to join this hugely successful and ambitious e-commerce business to spearhead Compensation, Benefits & Reward.  Working within the wider Global HR team this is a highly strategic and creative role, working across an international market.  You will partner with the Senior Leadership team, HR and Finance Directors across the business to initially set up and embed the C&B / Reward function and design and implement compensation, benefits and reward strategy across the organisation.

The successful individual will have extensive experience of working as a Compensation/Reward specialist at senior level within an international organisation.  You will have an agile approach and be solutions orientated, capable of navigating around a matrix structure to deliver. With experience of working across different countries and currencies and be comfortable in advising on compensation issues across different geographical territories.  

The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder, have a consulting approach and be solutions orientated as well as have excellent interpersonal skills.  You will be highly numerate and adept at analysing complex data. Candidates should be degree educated or equivalent, the CIPD qualification is also highly desirable. Experience of working within the media/creative industries would also be highly advantageous.
