As the Culture & Wellbeing Manager, you will work closely with the Employee Engagement Manager to lead a range of programmes that drive forward our employee engagement and health and wellbeing strategies across Bidcorp UK. You will be the go-to expert and manage the engagement and health and wellbeing plans in line with our ESG, people plan and wider business strategies.

We have an ambitious business target to achieve 95% engagement by 2025, so the next 3 years are an extremely exciting time to be part of the business. In this role, no two days are the same so we need you to constantly strive to introduce innovative solutions to business challenges and be comfortable challenging the status quo to bring added value to our people.
We are looking for somebody who has past experience of leading and delivering successful employee engagement and/or wellbeing programmes to a varied audience. The role will require you to be an excellent relationship builder, presenter and influencer to a range of key stakeholders. These can vary from employees on the ground, to senior leaders so you need to be able to adapt your style when necessary. If this is you, we look forward to hearing from you!
