Diversity & Inclusion Manager (London, £60,000-£70,000)

Our client, a global law firm, is looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Manager to join their team. This role will report into the Head of Talent & Diversity and will support EMEA senior leadership and the wider HR team to develop and implement the D&I Strategy.

Required responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational and strategic aspects on the Diversity & Inclusion agenda across EMEA.
  • Implement the Design & Inclusion initiatives that focus on race, disability, gender, mental health etc.
  • Coordinate communication with clients with regards to the diversity and inclusion practices.
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion is a focus within HR, business practices and company evaluation.
  • Effectively manage a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor.

Required skills:

  • Demonstrable knowledge and strategic experience of diversity and inclusion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and can effectively influence business decision-makers.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively resolve D&I issues.
  • Has a good understanding of HR legislation across EMEA.
