This employer are looking for a Digital Learning Manager to join their Learning Academy. The Digital Learning Manager will work within the Learning Academy's global centre of excellence as a strategic partner, having an outstanding knowledge of modern digital learning approaches including digital learning, digital content and learning management systems.

As the Digital Learning Manager, you will work in partnership with other areas of the business, to support the delivery of the L&D Digital Strategy as well as the development and implementation of digital learning interventions, bringing them up to date with cutting edge and emerging learning technologies.

This role is very much a hands-on managerial role, managing the digital learning function whilst creating and delivering the highest quality Digital Learning solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
- Design, storyboard, script and create engaging and innovative eLearning using existing classroom training material, as well as developing new content
- Liaise with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that Digital Learning effectively communicates key messages, processes and technical information to employees and customers
- Lead the delivery and implementation of the Digital Learning Roadmap and new learning technologies
- Responsible for managing stakeholders across the business, agreeing overall business requirements for Digital Learning and timelines for delivery
- Accountable for the overall management and administration of the Learning Management System
- Lead and manage the digital learning team (direct and in-direct reports)
- Deliver digital learning outcomes in line with budgetary requirements
- Maintaining a high degree of awareness of the supplier market, ensuring value, quality, and continuous development of approach
- Develop digital learning communications plans to drive learner engagement and adoption

Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree, or equivalent, in Digital Media, Design
- Qualification in eLearning production or a teaching qualification
- Experience in courseware design, digital learning design, multimedia design, video production and storyboarding
- Solid Learning and Development expertise (facilitation, face to face & online delivery)
- Experience of leading teams, or functions, is essential along with experience of managing change projects

Person Specification:
- Commercially and financially astute with excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to create engaging and self-led career tools
- A natural ability to build relationships, communicate and influence at all levels as well as driving colleague engagement
- A passion for developing engaging, audience-specific learning solutions and content across a range of subject areas, internal platforms and channels
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, and be self-motivated, while exhibiting exemplary time management and task prioritisation
