Digital Recruitment Lead

Our client, a global FTSE 100 company, are looking for a digital recruitment expert to spearhead the attraction and on boarding of top technical talent.

In your role as Digital Lead, you will work closely with the Head of Digital Engineering to develop and improve the way digital talent is attracted globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to fully understand the direction and fundamentals of all digital roles throughout the company.
  • Design and innovate new and effective ways to attract talent and successfully engage with passive candidates.
  • Push boundaries, challenge and develop the current recruitment process whilst maintaining levels of quality.

Required Experience:

  • Extensive in house recruitment experience with a digital and technical focus
  • Curious, creative and innovative thinker with a demonstrable passion for the digital space
  • Ability to design attraction campaigns through multiple channels targeting Digital Talent
  • Sound understanding of Agile methodology
