Diversity & Inclusion Advisor

Our client, a global professional services firm , are looking to recruit a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor to join their high-flying team.

This role will work directly with the Head of Diversity & Inclusion and will lead the agenda for the firm across Europe and the UK. You will also work with other senior stakeholders to develop and implement the D&I strategies for the firm.

This position will lead on a number of pre-existing D&I initiatives and will implement new programmes to support employee networks and address issues internally. You will also help to co-ordinate a number of networks and organise events, as well as developing stratgies in line with budgets.

Key experience:

  • Strong working knowledge and experience of D&I within professional services or a blue chip environment.
  • Ability to present to stakeholders at all levels, and excellent communication skills
  • A good understanding of HR and legislation
  • Excellent verbal, writting and presenting communicatoin skills
