My client, a global Financial Services organisation, are looking for an Early Careers Recruitment Lead to join their team. The role will lead on all Early Careers Recruitment activity, reporting into the Global Head of Early Careers Recruitment.
This is to redesign and implement the Graduate Recruitment strategy for the business. They would like someone to work with the wider team to create and deliver an innovative solution to hiring the best graduates in their field.
