Early Careers Recruitment Lead - c.£80,000

My client, a global Financial Services organisation, are looking for an Early Careers Recruitment Lead to join their team. The role will lead on all Early Careers Recruitment activity, reporting into the Global Head of Early Careers Recruitment.

This is to redesign and implement the Graduate Recruitment strategy for the business. They would like someone to work with the wider team to create and deliver an innovative solution to hiring the best graduates in their field.

They are looking for:

  • Someone who can lead the Graduate Recruitment Strategy on a global scale.
  • An innovator and problem solver
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Experience managing an RPO and other third parties
  • Experience recruiting globally
  • Experience in Financial Services or Professional Services would be preferable
  • Someone who is passionate about early careers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience

This is a great opportunity for someone to step up into that senior management role and put a creative spin on the recruitment. The successful candidate will have autonomy from the get-go and will drive the recruitment strategy across the business.
