EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition - £90,000 + 10% Bonus

Our client is a globally recognised Media business and they are looking for an EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition to join their team in London.

The role will support a strong team and will lead the Recruitment strategy across EMEA, with potential scope for this to broaden in the future.

They are looking for a proven leader with team management of 8 people to move into this role.

The successful candidate will enjoy working across the EMEA markets and will have designed and rolled out EMEA based strategies whilst leading successful teams.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience of designing and implementing EMEA Talent Acquisition strategies as well as seeing the impact of this.
  • EMEA / International recruitment strategy lead experience is essential.
  • Demonstrable team management experience and a passion for working in the Talent Acquisition space.
  • Hard-working, can-do attitude and an ability to think about the bigger picture as well as being able to get stuck-in with the detail.
  • Media/Tech background preferred.
