Annapurna have partnered with a technology start up organisation who are looking for an EMEA People Operations Manager to join the team.
Reporting to the HR Director, the People Operations Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing the people operations processes across the EMEA region. This will include but not be limited to compliance, contracts, benefits, policies, on and off boarding and systems.
The People Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all policies and processes are in line with current legislations across EMEA.
The successful candidate must have extensive experience in a HR Operations role with expert knowledge of EMEA employment law. They must also have HR Systems expertise and a strong attention to detail.
