EMEA Recruitment Manager - Up to £65,000

Annapurna Recruitment is working in conjunction with a growing Technology Business on the search for an EMEA Recruitment Manager.

You will have experience as working as a Recruitment Manager across EMEA and will have remotely managed a successful team of at least 6 people, as this role will remotely manage a team of 7 + some dotted line reports.

About the role:

  • This is a people leader role of an excellent EMEA Talent Acquisition team.
  • You will travel every other week to different hubs across Europe, leading your team through the strategy, with a vacancy number of approximatelyper annum for the team.
  • You role will be to successfully assist your team so they can achieve this business growth.
  • Understanding the talent pipeline and the designing the strategy on how to achieve these numbers.

Key requirements for the role:

  • Proven experience of successfully managing a team of 7, predominantly on a remote basis.
  • The ability to travel across Europe on a bi-weekly basis for 1-3 nights per week.
  • Ideas around how to creatively source in a difficult market across the UK and Europe.
