I have partnered with an leading, global engineering business to find an EMEA Reward Analyst. My client is looking for someone with a broad background with some advanced experience across compensation and/or benefits as they look to evolve the current reward offering for the business, and expand in the EMEA region.
* Some strong analytical experience within Compensation and/or Benefits, ideally both.
* Good understanding of the reward agenda, including salary, bonus, and benefits, and its relationship with business success in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent and refined communication skills, someone who can present to, and interact with, senior stakeholders in the organisation.
* A 'can do' attitude, and the ability to work independently with an international reporting line.
* A desire to grow and develop within an organisation, and assess the reward offering from an analytical perspective.
