Are you looking for your next opportunity and keen to join a forward thinking international expanding Company?
If so, our client is recruiting for a Group Schemes / Employee Benefits Administrator to join this growing team.

The Role

This role of Employee Benefits Administrator sits within the International Employee Benefits division.
The role will involve assisting with group schemes renewals; liaising with product providers; inputting and maintaining new business and handling queries, requests and policies of scheme members.

The ideal candidate will therefore have excellent organisation and communication skills to deal with scheme member queries and documentation.
Attention to detail and accuracy is also essential to process claims, run reports on flexible benefits, upload monthly premiums and follow cases through to the end.
Experience of auto enrolment is desirable and experience of working within a FCA environment, or equivalent would be essential.
