A well known retail client of mine is currently looking for a knowledgeable and experience ER professional to join their team on a 12 month contract. This is a leadership role within the wider HR Shared Services team that will be managing all specific projects relating to Employee Relations and broadening the performance and culture standards within the business.
Your main responsibility is to develop and implement policies across the entire business ensuring that everything is in line with legislation and governance but also reflect the main values.
You will also be tasked with leading specific projects in the ER space which contribute to the wider change of the business and to also develop a brand new framework in which to implement an employee forum which will overall enable the employee voice to be heard.
In order to be successful, you MUST have a proven understand on Employee Relations and UK Employment Law, this is a fast paced environment so they need someone who can hit the ground running. It is also important that you understand HR Employment policy and procedures and have experience in project management.
