A well-known brand is currently looking for an ER specialist to join their team in Watford.
This role is to partner with the regional management team to provide best employee relations advice and case management.
- Support all ER activity including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, appeals, flexible working and any other associated ER activity.
- Ensure all employee relations issues are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner in line with our policies and the law.
- Deliver employee relations training to management.
- Track and regularly report on cases.
- Create and update policies and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose.
- ER project work when required.
You must have Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge and have previously worked in either retail or FMCG.
