Employee Relations Specialist required for a Global IT company

£50,000 - £55,000

A global IT company in London is currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their team.

This successful candidate will be responsible for ER Strategy, leadership coaching and case resolution.

Please note - this role can be based out of London or Slough but travel between both is required.

The main responsibilities of this role are:

  • Contribute to the Employee Relations Strategy
  • Support the business on all ER related issues
  • Have current knowledge of ER legislation and trends
  • Develop new ER policies and processes
  • Interpretation of ER data and provision of business advise based on this data

Qualifications and Desired skills:

  • CIPD Qualified
  • Performance management
  • ER and HR policy interpretation
  • Employment law and legislation
  • Employee engagement
  • Change management exposure
  • Stakeholder management exposure
