ABOUT THE ROLE: We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our successful Peterborough branch as an Establishment Consultant. We are looking for a motivated, innovative and confident individual to fill our brand new position. The successful applicant will hold overall responsibility for building, maintaining and managing all aspects of the Establishment desk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for ownership, responsibility, challenge and has a goal orientated approach.You will possess relevant skills and abilities needed to ensure all aspects of the life-cycle are given equal attention and effort. From building the client base through a confident sales approach, recruiting the work force efficiently and abiding by our compliance; to then successfully matching the two.You will need to be self motivated and enthusiastic with a passion to deliver exceptional customer service. Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar role and a background in healthcare would be advantageous. You will hold a full UK driving license, with access to a car. RESPONSIBILITIES: . Proactively seek new business opportunities within Establishments . Advertise, screen and recruit a compliant work force. Accept and fill shift requests when received. Ensure up to date availability of work force is maintained on the booking system. Participate in the escalation rota to ensure the out of hours service is fully supported KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Applicants will have:-. Experience within a Sales environment. A confident and engaging approach to sales. A positive, self-motivating attitude. The ability to build and maintain successful relationships. Fantastic organisational and multi-tasking abilities. A calm and positive approach whilst under pressure. An understanding of targets and be able to work to KPI's . Outstanding communication both written and oralYou will be required to embrace the company vision and values and SustainAbilities programme, promoting these with all internal and external customers.The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced or standard DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) previously known as a CRB check (Criminal Records Bureau) once appointed.
