Salary: £34,106 - £37,107 a year pro rata

The Council have an exciting role available within Human Resources supporting the function to manage and develop the day to day operation of the job evaluation scheme.
You will be responsible for making sure that the job evaluation scheme is robust and is managed consistently from the application stage through to the evaluation assessment stage. You will also provide expert advice on pay and reward issues including comparative market data.
The Council are looking for someone who has experience in the use of job evaluation methodologies, specifically the Hay job evaluation scheme and experience of analysing and evaluating information and data.
You will need to be a strong communicator who can consult and professionally advise a wide range of people at all levels as well as having excellent report writing skills.
They need someone who is able to use MS Word, Excel and databases and someone who can develop and implement plans relating to pay and reward.
You will have the opportunity to develop your already existing knowledge of Hay and Inbucon job evaluation methodology, and to further develop your awareness of General Data Protection Regulations and equal pay legislation.
They ask that you are part qualified CIPD or have equivalent level qualification or relevant demonstrable experience.
This is a public facing role so you will need to be fluent in speaking and writing in English.
