Executive Compensation Lead - c£100,000
Annapurna HR are working exclusively with this client for roles within their Executive compensation team. This role will primarily be focused on developing the Executive compensation provision and capability of the division as a whole. This position will be working for a consulting organisation and will have business and will have a client facing agenda at its core.
The successful candidate will be expected to have experience working in a consulting firm previously and have capability developing business. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with a financial services capacity or with regulatory knowledge. It is essential that the candidate has experience working with executive compensation.
