Annapurna Recruitment are currently working with a well known FMCG business who are looking to add to their newly created Reward team, reporting directly into a passionate and accomplished Reward Director.
The role will give the successful candidate fantastic exposure to the wider business, the opportunity to work on and roll out domestic projects and the chance to engage regularly with senior stakeholders.
* Pay and Incentives - Supporting the Head of Reward in design, development, and implementation of the Executive Reward Programme
*Remco - Supporting the Head of Reward in Remco preparations, providing accurate information and communicating that clearly.
*Vendor Management - Provide an excellent service to external suppliers of the business.
* Previous experience in a reward position, preferably Compensation focused.
* A highly analytical individual with a very high attention to detail.
* The ability to deal with large data sets and draw tangible insight
