You will report in to the HR Director for the UK with a dotted line into the Chief People Officer.
Projects you wil get started on straight away include the Talent Strategy across the Head Office, working with senior managers to spot Talent in the market and work towards long term goals with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
You will also get stuck into a Diversity and Inclusion project, really bringing D&I to life within the organisation, so if you have been D&I champion within your organisation or have a passion in this area, please do apply.
Ideally you will be a HR Business Partner/ Senior HRBP for a large corporate/ hospitality/ retail/ FMCG / Tech organisation who may have started their career in Talent or headed up some exciting Talent streams and you can talk about and show where you have delivered here.Ideally you willl be able to start the role within 3 months.
Personality wise you wil be drivn, ambitious, and a high performer. You will have a degree or equivalent experience and you will want to go far in your career in the next 5-10 years. You will see solutions or try to work to solutions rather than seeing negativity on a projects and will have a positive demeanor as well as resilient. You will have high energy and love being busy and bringing new ideas. You will be curious and intellectually able by way of emotional and academic intelligence.
