Are you a strategic HR Business Partner with true partnering skills who’s worked in the retail/luxury fashion/a customer facing industry?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a fashion icon, who are a looking for an accomplished HRBP to join their collaborative HR team as the business goes through an exciting growth phase.

Working with the Senior HR Manager, you will focus on the retail client group, with a particular focus on driving the Talent and People agenda for 2018.  A true strategic business partnering role, you will lead on talent initiatives, advise and coach senior leaders, creating a value-add HR service with a philosophy of autonomy and exploration, striving to bring innovative ideas in HR solutions.

An experienced business partner who’s worked in retail, advising at a strategic level, you will have had exposure to a centre of excellence model, working closely with specialist HR departments.

Innovative and consultative, you will have a versatile solutions focused approach, a true brand ambassador when it comes to offering an unrivalled and innovative partnering approach.   Strong stakeholder management is a must, your infectious personality will instantly light up a room with a charismatic and confident approach.
