Workday HCM Specialist, Dublin, Retail
Annapurna HR have been exclusively engaged by our international retail client to search for an Workday HCM Specialist to assist with the implementation of Workday's Core HCM and Compensation modules.
* Act as a bridge between the Programme Management and Configuration team.
* Ensure the timely implementation of Workday's Core HCM, Compensation & Benefits modules.
* Represent the project to stake holders and communicate technical details to HR.
* Experience with a cloud based HRIS platform and it's use for Core HR / HCM or Compensation & Benefits.
* Previous experience within a programme enviroment.
* A positive "Can Do" attitude.
Previous experience with retail and Step Progression pay plans is a significant advantage.
Workday experience is desired not essential.
