My client, A Global organisation is looking for a Compensation Manage to join their growing function. This company, one of the most respected firms globally, are looking for the best Reward professionals to join their Reward & Performance team.
This position will work closely with the Head of Reward to drive the Global Reward Strategy as awell as advising the company's most senior staff on all things compensation, specifically with regards to Compensation structure in each major region.
The ideal candidate will be of the highest calibre, with a strong background in Reward within the Professional Services industry. An individual with a good education, a sharp focus and an advisory mentality will be the perfect fit for what is a fantastic opportunity to develop as a senior member in one of the best reward functions globally. Due to the industry requirements and the content of the role, strong experience is required with regards to global knowledge as well as fantastic communication skills.
