Global Digital Learning Manager

Competitive base salary + excellent bonus, shares and benefits

My client, a FTSE 100 global leading company, are looking for a digital whizz to join and lead their Digital Learning team.

The role, reporting directly to the Group Talent Director, is looking for an individual truly passionate about Digital earning in all its forms. This role will be the lead SME on all learning technology and will create the strategy that will lead the company to further success.

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and develop the Global Digital team of 10 FTE
  • Design and Development of leading e-learning interventions for blue and white collar workers
  • Strong stakeholder and third party vendor management
  • Champion the adoption of new learning technologies and innovation throughout the business
  • Budget management
  • Utilising the Fuse system

Key Experience:

  • At least 5 year's experience in Digital Learning
  • Extensive experience in design and delivery of digital training
  • Experience working within a highly matrixed international business
  • Significant Team Management experience
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail
