Global Share Plans Manager - up to £72,000

Annapurna HR are recruiting a Share Schemes Manager on behalf of a Global business. This role will be responsible for the design and management of the firm's share schemes Globally.

This role will work daily with major execs in the business incuding the senior employee population and will thus be required to have incredible stakeholder management skills as well as the confidence and credibility to challenge individuals of this calibre.

Responsibilities

  • Advising on remuneration design for senior executives
  • Designing and/or reviewing UK and global share schemes for executives and employees and advising on the tax impact of plans;
  • Implementing equity plans, from designing the plan, to drafting plan rules and advising on the practical operation of the arrangements;
  • Advising on broader remuneration structuring ‑ such as bonus arrangements

To Qualify For The Role You Must Have

  • Share plans experience from either in-house or consultancy background
  • Understanding of relevant tax legislation in this field;
  • Commercial awareness;
  • Able to challenge and manage senior stakeholders
