Annapurna have partnered with a global technology company with HQs in West London to find a Global Head of HR to join the team.

The Head of HR will lead an extremely talented and driven People Team (based globally) who are responsible for attracting, retaining and developing world class talent.

You will partner with the Executive Leadership Team and will define and drive a people strategy that will ensure their People can excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop and execute the people plans that align with the business strategy
  • Champion company culture and values
  • Coach and advise senior management in order to improve leadership capabilities
  • Lead on global acquisition activity
  • Manage complex employee relations cases
  • Manage and develop the global HR team
  • Lead on complex change projects

The role is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual who likes to work in a fast paced environment and is keen to add value to another organisation.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a HR Generalist capacity in a SME technology/digital company and ideally have worked with client groups in the UK and internationally.
