Global Head of HR, Banking, London, up to £200k

Annapurna HR Ltd is proud to work with this global financial services organisation in the Search for their Global Head of HR. Offering up to £200k plus benefits, based in London, this is a great opportunity to support and take ownership of the Global design and development of an HR Strategy across all disciplines of the business.

The Role;

  • To act as the no.1 representative of HR to Head Office & Operations populations up to board level.
  • Partnering closely with the Global Group Director of HR and Executive Leadership Team to design and implement the HR strategy.
  • To tender a new HR Service System for the Global Business.
  • Manage a global team.

The Candidate;

  • Previous history of engagement with Senior Stakeholders to Exec/Board Level.
  • Experience in the design, development & delivery of an HR strategy across Talent, L&D, ER, Recruitment, and Reward.
  • CIPD qualified is an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to offer commercial Industry HR Best Practice across Workforce planning & Succession Planning.
  • Previous International exposure.
  • Previous experience working in a large matrixed organisation.
