A leading business in Professional Services are currently searching for a Global Head of HRIS to maximise the effectiveness of this function and help define the HR Tech strategy going forward. (£110,000)

Key Responsibilities:

* To ensure the HR system (PeopleSoft) and infrastructure support the businesses core procedures and programmes

* Set the strategy for the HR systems, and manage across the group working with IT and HR operations Stakeholders to acheive maximum ROI

* Own and manage the HRIS system record (PeopleSoft)

* Manage relationships with the all relevant vendors

* Take responsibility and lead on all HRIS projects, including upgrades, and new implementations.

Must have previous experience with PeopleSoft.
