Annapurna HR are currently working on an exciting Global Head of Reward role working for a leading start up technology organisation. This fast growing and dynamic business are in the process of building out a centre of excellence for Talent and Reward, and are looking for an experienced Head of Reward who has a background working for large corporate organisations.
The role will be paying up to £150,000 and will require someone who has extensive experience in the following;
- Compensation strategy - Experience in guiding and improving company Benefits strategy. - Long Term Incentive Plans & experience redesigning stock options. - Working within a complex corporate environment, and the ability to work at pace.
