Global HR Director of Talent & Workstyle - London, Kings Cross

Salary: £70,000-£80,000

The Company

Our client are a B2B demand generation agency with a global reach built around the changing needs and behaviour of buyers. They help clients increase sales revenue through end-to-end strategies that integrate acquisition, nurture and martech infrastructures into performance driven programmes. Due to changes in marketing and communications they have embraced remote and flexible working and they work where, how and when to collaborate and solve complex marketing problems.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a progressive Global Director of Talent and WorkStyle to continue to shape their global teams, culture and the way they deliver their services for global clients. This opportunity will suit an innovative HR professional who wants to shape a business and create varied working environments and facilitate the team to be the best they can be.

Role Responsibilities:

• Building a global team of Talent Managers to coach and mentor the Fluid Talent teams
• Help the Fluid Talent teams create a WorkStyle that incorporates teambuilding and agency relationships


• Create on-demand onboarding and induction content, so their people always have access to the latest guidance and direction in easy to consume formats
• They use various platforms for learning and development and have a requirement for technical training. As their people like to learn in different ways it is critical that the programmes are flexible so all their people can make personal and professional development an integral part of their WorkStyle


• Managing performance conversations in a timely and constructive way, coaching line managers to have difficult conversations and to be coaches themselves
• Create, implement and manage a new appraisal format that is fit for a future workforce


• Ensure adherence to the correct HR practices in each of their locations globally
• Create an employer brand to attract the best, most ambitious people
• Work with the Managing Director to set out a global HR Strategy that will: make the business one of the most progressive employers over the next decade, setting the standard for next generation WorkStyles


Essential Skills & Requirements:

• HR experience in a global business with various employment laws and WorkStyles to navigate and bring together under common themes and ideology
• Experience in a commercially focused HR/People Development role
• Experience of coaching line managers to develop their teams both personally and professionally
• Experience of coaching managers to lead a recruitment process professionally and to gauge development requirements for both technical and soft skills
• Build trust and confidence with team members
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders to represent the company professionally
• Initiative and determination to see a project through from start to finish
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to work with tact and confidentialitity
