Group HR Process Architect - develop a set of standard procedures to support the implementation of a new Cloud Based HRIS solution - £60-70k - Reading

Annapurna are working exclusively with a Global FMCG to search for a Group HR Process Architect who can support them through a SuccessFactors implementation process. You will be a part of the Senior Process Team and will work to develop a set of global standard HR processes and operating procedures. You will also be a part of the E2E delivery of the project assisting with design activities, testing, deployment and finally the stabilisation phases of the implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Documenting global operating procedures and help with material to guide HR processes to support steps, interfaces, systems and hand offs.
  • Liase with both Global and Local SME's on HR Processes.
  • To facilitate workshops and training sessions for new processes.

Necessary technical / professional qualifications:

  • Expert knowledge of HR and HR processes and Information Systems (SAP SuccessFactors desirable)

  • Excellent proffesional writing ability to creat documentation deliverables to business standards
  • University Degree
