We are excited to be partnering exclusively with this fabulous Global Creative Agency to appoint a Global HRIS Project Manager who will implement the SAGE HRIS globally across 10 different locations (8 Countries & approx. 2000 employees).
Reporting to the Global HR Director who is based in London, this is an exciting and challenging project in order to fully implement the SAGE HRIS globally. As the PM you will run the project and work closely with the Global HRD as well as the HR teams in all other countries. Strong project management skills are required, as well as the ability to build strong relationships from a remote perspective.
You will have managed and delivered at least one successful implementation of the Sage People system and have experience managing the delivery of the full project lifecycle, covering the overall planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of multiple concurrent projects. Experience leading teams across multiple international locations and strong stakeholder management and communication skills are absolutely essential for this project to be successful.
The Global HRIS Project Manager will act as a key member of the global team, liaising with project managers in Vancouver, Paris, Italy, Germany, Singapore, Sydney, NY, HK & China – previous global experience is an absolute must in order to understand the nuances of different cultures and markets and ensuring you are bringing the global remit locally.
The role will also be working closely to IT and Finance teams across all of our markets in ensuring the successful implementation of a new HR system.
We are looking for someone who not only has the gravitas and ability to fully manage this global project, but someone who doesn’t take themselves too seriously, likes to have fun along the way and can bring some energy and flair to the role.
This position will be a contract initially for 6 months to ideally start end April / early May and will be reviewed and extended as required.
