A leading media business, based in South West London, is looking for a Global Online Learning manager to join its developing Global Sales Excellence learning centre.
Reporting to the Global Head of Sales talent, this is an exciting new role, that will in its first year manage projects (with a large one being the roll out of the new LMS) and to dovetail this with the online learning strategy. After this is completed the roles brief will be to increase the organisations capabilities and sophistication in the targeting of content and training offerings, based on an individual end users’ needs and profile.
Taking responsibility for online learning strategy, the role will define peramters and meet those agreed KPI’s, linking the online learning strategy to the overall Learning strategy. Working collaboratively with a team of Sales Trainers the role will align planning and the prioritisation of content in line with the businesses needs whilst reviewing needs and modifying / updating content to the highest possible standard. It will also influence and work positively with those Sales Trainers to ensure collaboration and a team effort to develop content, share videos and build the portfolio.
Top apply to the role, you should be organised, commercial and a great stakeholder manager. You should have experience of implementing Learning Management systems and developing online content to the highest possible standard. You may have experience from e-learning / learning consultancies but it is likely that you have experience in house of developing such functions. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified, educated to degree level or equivalent and it would be a benefit if you have experience of Docebo LMS (but this is not essential).
