We are proud to be working with a world-leading creative agency which is looking for a dynamic individual to join their HR team as Global Payroll Manager.
As an integral part of the wider HR team, as Global Payroll Manager you will be a consultative, partner and enjoy being on the front line when it comes to managing daily queries. Managing the day to day global payroll function from EMEA to APAC, you’ll oversee the accurate and timely monthly payroll for the large business for employees. You’ll oversee a Payroll Advisor, and be key in providing guidance and ensuring compliance with payroll process, approvals and deadlines. You’ll have heightened responsibility for managing more complex payroll instructions, such as severance payments and reporting.
You’ll partner with senior stakeholders across the globe to provide advice, as well as deliver benefit inductions and training sessions. You’ll manage external payroll and benefit providers, stakeholders and counterparts across the group. Good knowledge of commercial benefits offerings is essential as these are constantly reviewed, as is experience of annual salary reviews.
As the successful candidate for the Global Payroll Manager opportunity, you’ll be adept as working as a senior level Payroll Specialist within a fast moving business, bring an agile approach and be solutions orientated, capable of navigating around a matrix structure to deliver. You’ll be a natural relationship builder and enjoy being consultative with excellent skills in analysing complex data. It is essential you have run payroll on a global scale and have had experience of administering international benefits.
