Annapurna are currently working with a global engineering business based in Surrey that are looking to recruit a Global People Data Manager who can build out a new Analytics function and add value to their recent Workday implementation. (Perm - £65-75k)
A key component of your role will be to acquire, improve, and deliver a HR Analytics Roadmap to provide value-add analytics in line with the Group HR Strategy.
Also taking lead on the Automation of Learning and D&I Dashboards, Global scorecard processes metrics, and transformation of the Workforce Analytics service delivery model.
