Global Recruitment Operations & Performance Director

Our client, a leading global organisation with continuous growth is looking to recruit a Global Recruitment Operations & Performance Director to join their growing business.

This person will run a number of accounts for a leading business, to support the global enetrprise account.

This role will support clients across the globe and thus a lot of international travel will be involed.

This is a newly created role and is an amazing opportunity, to join the business at such an exciting time. They continue to outperform many of their competitors and are recognised as a great placed to work.

The role will involve:

  • Repoting management information to the MD and senior team on all accounts
  • Stabilising accounts and manage successful BAU for all accounts.
  • Effectively manage all stakeholders
  • succesfully manage and develop large teams

What they are looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience of leading large Talent functions on an international scale
  • Proven team management and leadership skills of large teams remotely.
  • Ability to interpret, analyse and report management information effectively and create process improvements
