Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager

London, £55,000 - £65,000

Our client, a leading international London based Law Firm, are looking to bring in a talent Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager to lead their team.

This role, reporting to the Head of UK HR, will lead the function; setting the overall strategy and guiding the team to deliver on it in line with the business needs. You will manage the Graduate Recruitment team to attract the highest calibre trainees and interns for the UK offices. You will also manage the Graduate Development team to deliver on the development of trainees for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Graduate Recruitment and Graduate Development teams
  • Set the strategies for Graduate Recruitment and Graduate Development
  • Overall responsibiliity for the selection process and candidate experience
  • Support the team to deliver vacation schemes
  • Partner with third parties to deliver on the Firm's diversity aspirations
  • Set and monitor the Recruitment and Deveopment budgets
  • Provide HR support on ER issues
  • Lead the design and delivery of the development programme with the assistance of third party suppliers

Key Experience

  • Prior people management experience
  • Educated to a strong degree level
  • Previous excellent demonstrable knowledge of Graduate Recruitment processes
  • Previous excellent demonstrable knowledge of Graduate Development processes including handling ER cases
