Elevation Recruitment Group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Leadership & Development Specialist.

This is a brand-new role within the corporate HR team, where you'll be the specialist focusing on supporting the people strategy by developing inspiring, engaging of a modern group wide leadership program.

The successful candidate will be experienced in;

*Owning the design and implementation and delivery of a senior leadership development program
*Bringing creativity and innovative ideas to form a truly modern, ground breaking and robust program.
*Utilising e-learning, new technology and modern learning techniques to a diverse workforce

To be considered for this role you will:

*A track record of creating and managing leadership development programs
*Worked in a multi business unit organisation
*Understand the complexities and idiosyncrasies that different business units can have within the same group.
*You'll have a grounding in learning and development with experience in e-learning, modern technology and methodology around corporate learning.
