Group Reward Governance and Process Specialist

About the role:
Their group Reward team are responsible for setting the agenda and framework for reward across the group as well as understanding and guiding us on where we sit within the market as a competitive employer.
The changes and transformation with the One strategy reaches their People function and Reward, and there are some significant transformation projects to be rolled out that will push the group further towards their goals.
This role will co-ordinate groupwide reward processes and manage governance framework for reward processes globally. You will provide assurance on reward practice to Group Reward Director and support the development of common reward policy and practice across the group including: Salary increase process, Bonus process, Share process, Market benchmarking, Benefits and allowances, Contracts.
You will develop and provide HR analytics information across the group and advise OpCos on interpretation of key reward policies. There will be an aspect of development, testing and implementation to support the migration of legacy reward processes into an HRIS platform and you will act as the technical administrator and co-ordinator for the Reward modules of the future HRIS platform.
They’re looking for someone who has experience in delivering operational reward processes such as salary review and bonus across multiple countries or complex organisations, someone who will have had involvement in reward policy development as well as system implementation experience. You will be numerate, and process driven but with an open and collaborative mind-set that can propose new ideas and work within an environment of change and at a fast pace.
Stakeholder engagement will be key within the role and therefore they are looking for strong influencing skills with the ability to proactively network across their business, as well as adapt communication styles to suit their audience.
If possible, they’d love to find someone that is multi-lingual to help support their global business, but this is not an essential.
