HR Administrator (Full Time, 6 Month Contract)

Committed to sustainability, our client is on a mission to reduce waste within the foodservice industry. They are now seeking an HR Administrator to join them on a six month fixed-term contract.

As an HR Administrator, your main responsibilities will include:
- Weekly filing
- Management of the HR mailbox
- Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming calls to the department
- Supporting with the management of job applications
- Making calls to prospective drivers
You will also be tasked with updating historic leaver and GDPR files as well as editing our client’s T&Cs letters, creating welcome letters for new starters, printing driver induction manuals and dealing with employment references.
To be considered as an HR Administrator, you will need previous HR administration experience. Good attention to detail and an ability to take initiative are also key.
