Annapurna HR have partnered with a well known media company who are looking for a Head of HR to join them on a 9 month fixed term contract to start in May.
You will report to the CFO and lead the global people team.
Main responsibilities include:
- Compensations and benefits
- Employee relations
- Identify insights and design initiatives to address trends in the business through the analysis for HRIS data
- Coach and support managers on all HR related issues
- Learning & Development
- Implementation of new HRIS
- Facilitate and support employee change processes
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working at a Head of HR level within a media or publishing company.
