The purpose of the role is to provide strategic HR leadership and take the lead role in delivering the people strategy across the business. You will partner with C-suite, senior leaders and the wider workforce to manage change, implement new ways of working and thinking. As the leader and role model for the HR function, you'll be responsible for coaching, providing encouragement and support for the career development of the team

You will be naturally inquisitive and passionate about creative new ways of doing things from both a HR point of view but also across wider business needs. You will understand how to influence at a senior level and will thrive in an autonomous environment where your ideas come to life. Its important you have a proven track record of not only the conception of new ideas, but successfully implementing new ways of working and change within your HR career so far.
