Head of HR and OD
A very exciting, very unique, commercial Non-for-profit business in London are seeking a bright and dynamic Head of HR and OD to help them drive a high-performing culture, attract the best talent and develop the best leaders.
This is primarily a strategic role, however I am looking for somebody that can also be hands-on where needed and build trusted relationships with people at all levels within the business. Areas of focus will cover change management / restructures, embedding a high-performance culture, attracting and retaining the best talent, executive coaching and engagement and incentive strategies.
I am looking for somebody experienced operating at Head of HR Level within a mid-sized business, with commercial experience and ideally with experience working within Public and Third Sector Organisations. This company is currently undergoing a lot of transformation therefore change management experience is vital and in particular someone who has previously from a HR perspective on OD activity. You will brilliant at influencing and passionate about engagement and creating a fun, challenging and great place to work.
I am looking for somebody who can come into this role and hit the ground running. You will be commercial and highly pragmatic.
