Head of HR - Professional Services / Financial Services background
Our client, a small consultancy business with huge growth ambition is looking to hire a Head of HR to lead a growing arm of their business.
The role will straddle their Communications and Strategy business leaders as will support the key leaders on commercial matters as well as lead the overall HR strategy for the client group.
They're looking for a commercial and effective leader, who can work well both strategically and operationally, as this is a small team and the successful candidate will be required to get stuck in with the detail as well as lead on the higher level strategy with the ex-Co.
There are a lot of longer term prospects and opportunities for this person to move in to. They expect that they will become a much bigger, well-known brand in the next 4-5 years and as a result, this role will grow with them, so it's a very exciting time to join them.
