Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a Global Financial Services business to recruit a Head of HR Operations on a permanent basis.
As the Head of HR Operations you will have strong HR Operations/Service delivery experience with in a complex, multinational organisation.
Strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, you will also be required to ensure vendor relationships are successful.
Strong experience in transitioning teams and also exposure to outsourcing payroll would be highly desirable.
Process improvement methodologies such as lean six sigma.
Strong all-round HR experience and will need to understand the value of the HR Operations function.
Strong Payroll and HR Operations experience.
Workday - Highly desirable.
Experience of working in a regulated environment is preferred.
This is an exciting role to work in a well-respected Global Financial Services organisation. Salary circa £120,000 + Benefits. Excellent holidays - 34 days.
